About Draeger Infinity Delta Firmware
CVE-2019-25716 affects Draeger Infinity Delta Firmware, a product from Draeger. Before acting, confirm where Draeger Infinity Delta Firmware runs in your estate, who owns it and whether it is reachable from the internet, because exposure decides real risk more than the score alone.
What the flaw is
In plain terms: Dräger Infinity Delta, Delta XL, and Kappa patient monitors contain a denial-of-service vulnerability that allows remote attackers to cause the monitor to reboot by sending a malformed network packet. Attackers can repeatedly send malformed network packets to disrupt patient monitoring until the device falls back to default configuration and loses network connectivity.
Based on its CVSS vector, the flaw needs local or adjacent access, needs no login, and needs no user interaction. Apply the vendor fix and confirm exposure on internet facing and business critical assets first.

How to detect it
- Inventory every instance of Draeger Infinity Delta Firmware and record the running version against the affected range above.
- Check external attack surface scans for internet facing instances of the component.
- Review logs on affected systems for unusual requests, errors or new processes around the vulnerable function.
- Confirm with an authenticated vulnerability scan once your scanner has a check for this CVE.
How to fix it
- Apply the fixed version of Draeger Infinity Delta Firmware named in the vendor advisory.
- If patching must wait, restrict network access to the affected service and put it behind authentication or a web application firewall rule.
- Rescan after the change to prove the exposure is gone, then close the ticket.
CTEM action plan
| CTEM stage | What to do for this CVE |
|---|---|
| Scope | Add every business service that depends on Draeger Infinity Delta Firmware to the current CTEM cycle. |
| Discover | Find all instances, including shadow and cloud deployments, and record versions and exposure. |
| Prioritize | Rank using EPSS and CVSS together with asset exposure and business impact. |
| Validate | Confirm the flaw is reachable and exploitable in your environment and that compensating controls work. |
| Mobilize | Assign the fix to the asset owner with a due date matched to the priority, then verify closure. |

Dräger Infinity Explorer C700 contains a privilege escalation vulnerability that allows attackers to break out of kiosk mode and access the underlying operating system through a specific dialog interaction. Attackers can exploit this kiosk escape to take control of the operating system and cause the device to display incorrect or no information from the connected Delta Family patient monitor.
Rclone is a command-line program to sync files and directories to and from different cloud storage providers. The RC endpoint `options/set` is exposed without `AuthRequired: true`, but it can mutate global runtime configuration, including the RC option block itself. Starting in version 1.45.0 and prior to version 1.73.5, an unauthenticated attacker can set `rc.NoAuth=true`, which disables the authorization gate for many RC methods registered with `AuthRequired: true` on reachable RC servers that are started without global HTTP authentication. This can lead to unauthorized access to sensitive administrative functionality, including configuration and operational RC methods. Version 1.73.5 patches the issue.
IBM Db2 Mirror for i 7.4, 7.5, and 7.6 could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information due to external control of system configuration.
OpenClaw before 2026.3.22 contains an environment variable override handling vulnerability that allows attackers to bypass the shared host environment policy through inconsistent sanitization paths. Attackers can supply blocked or malformed override keys that slip through inconsistent validation to execute arbitrary code with unintended environment variables.
A privilege escalation vulnerability exists in the internal Command-Line Interface (CLI) authorization handling mechanism of Brocade Fabric OS versions before 9.2.2d and 10.0.0 through 10.0.0a1. An authenticated user or local process that can manipulate the process execution environment can bypass Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) validation checks. Successful exploitation allows an attacker to elevate privileges to root
Cursor is a code editor built for programming with AI. Prior to 2.3, hen the Cursor Agent is running in Auto-Run Mode with Allowlist mode enabled, certain shell built-ins can still be executed without appearing in the allowlist and without requiring user approval. This allows an attacker via indirect or direct prompt injection to poison the shell environment by setting, modifying, or removing environment variables that influence trusted commands. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.3.
