CVE-2026-54375 Overview
VitaFit Android application (com.vt.vitafit) before 2.8.1.0 contains an insecure session management vulnerability that allows attackers to extract or intercept unencrypted m_session_id tokens stored in application backups, which remain valid for ten years. Attackers can use a stolen session token to read and modify the victim's account or delete the account's authentication record, preventing the legitimate owner from logging in again.

Insufficient Session Expiration vulnerability in hexpm hexpm/hexpm ('Elixir.Hexpm.Accounts.PasswordReset' module) allows Account Takeover. Password reset tokens generated via the "Reset your password" flow do not expire. When a user requests a password reset, Hex sends an email containing a reset link with a token. This token remains valid indefinitely until used. There is no time-based expiration enforced. If a user's historical emails are exposed through a data breach (e.g., a leaked mailbox archive), any unused password reset email contained in that dataset could be used by an attacker to reset the victim's password. The attacker does not need current access to the victim's email account, only access to a previously leaked copy of the reset email. This vulnerability is associated with program files lib/hexpm/accounts/password_reset.ex and program routines 'Elixir.Hexpm.Accounts.PasswordReset':can_reset?/3. This issue affects hexpm: from 617e44c71f1dd9043870205f371d375c5c4d886d before bb0e42091995945deef10556f58d046a52eb7884.
Not properly invalidated session vulnerability in Graylog Web Interface, version 2.2.3, due to incorrect management of session invalidation after new logins. The application generates a new 'sessionId' each time a user authenticates, but does not invalidate previously issued session identifiers, which remain valid even after multiple consecutive logins by the same user. As a result, a stolen or leaked 'sessionId' can continue to be used to authenticate valid requests. Exploiting this vulnerability would allow an attacker with access to the web service/API network (port 9000 or HTTP/S endpoint of the server) to reuse an old session token to gain unauthorized access to the application, interact with the API/web, and compromise the integrity of the affected account.
MikroTik RouterOS through 7.24.5 contains a session token replay vulnerability in the WebFig interface that allows attackers to bypass authentication by replaying captured session tokens across new ECDH sessions. The makeSessionKey function in libucrypto.so generates tokens using fixed salts without incorporating channel-specific or session-specific input, and the user service validates tokens against the login store without verifying channel context, enabling stolen tokens to grant persistent administrative access until the token store is explicitly cleared. This vulnerability extends the impact of CVE-2025-61481, which identified the underlying transport-layer exposure without a corresponding fix.
open-webui before 0.3.14 contains a cross-origin resource sharing misconfiguration allowing arbitrary origins with allow_origins=* and authenticated requests to the /api/v1/functions endpoint. Attackers can execute arbitrary code on the openwebui instance by crafting malicious cross-site requests from attacker-controlled websites when an admin user visits them.
CI4MS is a CodeIgniter 4-based CMS skeleton that delivers a production-ready, modular architecture with RBAC authorization and theme support. Prior to version 0.31.0.0, the application fails to immediately revoke active user sessions when an account is deleted. Due to a logic flaw in the backend design, account state changes are enforced only during authentication (login), not for already-established sessions. The system implicitly assumes that authenticated users remain trusted for the lifetime of their session. There is no session expiration or account expiration mechanism in place, causing deleted accounts to retain indefinite access until the user manually logs out. This behavior breaks the intended access control policy and results in persistent unauthorized access. This issue has been patched in version 0.31.0.0.
Tattile Smart+, Vega, and Basic device families firmware versions 1.181.5 and prior implement an authentication token (X-User-Token) with insufficient expiration. An attacker who obtains a valid token (for example via interception, log exposure, or token reuse on a shared system) can continue to authenticate to the management interface until the token is revoked, enabling unauthorized access to device functions and data.
