About Opexustech Ecase Ecomplaint
CVE-2026-32865 affects Opexustech Ecase Ecomplaint, a product from Opexustech. Before acting, confirm where Opexustech Ecase Ecomplaint runs in your estate, who owns it and whether it is reachable from the internet, because exposure decides real risk more than the score alone.
What the flaw is
In plain terms: OPEXUS eComplaint and eCASE before version 10.1.0.0 include the secret verification code in the HTTP response when requesting a password reset via 'ForcePasswordReset.aspx'. An attacker who knows an existing user's email address can reset the user's password and security questions. Existing security questions are not asked during the process.
The weakness class is Information Exposure. Sensitive information is shown to someone who should not see it.
Based on its CVSS vector, the flaw can be reached over the network, needs no login, and needs no user interaction. Apply the vendor fix and confirm exposure on internet facing and business critical assets first.
