About Netikus Eventsentry

CVE-2026-24443 affects Netikus Eventsentry, a product from Netikus. Before acting, confirm where Netikus Eventsentry runs in your estate, who owns it and whether it is reachable from the internet, because exposure decides real risk more than the score alone.

What the flaw is

In plain terms: EventSentry versions prior to 6.0.1.20 contain an unverified password change vulnerability in the account management functionality of the Web Reports interface. The password change mechanism does not require validation of the current password before allowing a new password to be set. An attacker who gains temporary access to an authenticated user session can change the account password without knowledge of the original credentials. This enables persistent account takeover and, if administrative accounts are affected, may result in privilege escalation.

Based on its CVSS vector, the flaw can be reached over the network, needs some level of access, and needs no user interaction. Apply the vendor fix and confirm exposure on internet facing and business critical assets first.

Flowiseai Flowise

Flowise before 3.0.10 contains an unverified password change vulnerability. An authenticated user can change their account password through the account settings (Security) section without supplying the current password or any additional verification, as the application does not enforce a current-password check on the credential change. This can lead to full account takeover, particularly if an attacker can hijack or coerce an authenticated session.
