About VikRentCar Car Rental Management System
CVE-2026-111120 affects VikRentCar Car Rental Management System. Before acting, confirm where VikRentCar Car Rental Management System runs in your estate, who owns it and whether it is reachable from the internet, because exposure decides real risk more than the score alone.
What the flaw is
In plain terms: The VikRentCar Car Rental Management System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.8. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the condtext_update_tmpl function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to write arbitrary PHP code to the plugin's executable template files such as site/helpers/email_tmpl.php, which are later include()d by loadEmailTemplate() and loadPdfTemplate(), achieving remote code execution on the server via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. The injected PHP payload bypasses sanitization because the plugin's own __PHP_OPEN__/__PHP_CLOSE__ placeholder expansion and cleanPHPSourceCode() logic explicitly reverse both sanitize_text_field filtering and saveHTML() HTML-encoding, restoring a literal <?php...?> payload to live PHP before it is written to disk. Successful exploitation additionally requires an action by an administrator — the attacker cannot trigger the vulnerability on their own.
The weakness class is Cross Site Request Forgery. A logged in user's browser can be tricked into sending unwanted requests.
Based on its CVSS vector, the flaw can be reached over the network, needs no login, and relies on a user taking an action. Apply the vendor fix and confirm exposure on internet facing and business critical assets first.

How to detect it
- Inventory every instance of VikRentCar Car Rental Management System and record the running version against the affected range above.
- Check external attack surface scans for internet facing instances of the component.
- Review logs on affected systems for unusual requests, errors or new processes around the vulnerable function.
- Confirm with an authenticated vulnerability scan once your scanner has a check for this CVE.
How to fix it
- Apply the fixed version of VikRentCar Car Rental Management System named in the vendor advisory.
- If patching must wait, restrict network access to the affected service and put it behind authentication or a web application firewall rule.
- Rescan after the change to prove the exposure is gone, then close the ticket.

GetSimple CMS is a content management system. The massiveAdmin plugin (v6.0.3) bundled with GetSimpleCMS-CE v3.3.22 allows an authenticated administrator to overwrite the gsconfig.php configuration file with arbitrary PHP code via the gsconfig editor module. The form lacks CSRF protection, enabling a remote unauthenticated attacker to exploit this via Cross-Site Request Forgery against a logged-in admin, achieving Remote Code Execution (RCE) on the web server.
PlaciPy is a placement management system designed for educational institutions. In version 1.0.0, the application enables credentialed CORS requests but does not implement any CSRF protection mechanism.
Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in rustdesk-client RustDesk Client rustdesk-client on Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android (Flutter URI scheme handler, FFI bridge modules) allows Privilege Escalation. This vulnerability is associated with program files flutter/lib/common.Dart, src/flutter_ffi.Rs and program routines URI handler for rustdesk://password/, bind.MainSetPermanentPassword(). This issue affects RustDesk Client: through 1.4.5.
GestSup versions up to and including 3.2.60 contain a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability where the application does not verify the authenticity of client requests. An attacker can induce a logged-in user to submit crafted requests that perform actions with the victim's privileges. This can be exploited to create privileged accounts by targeting the administrative user creation endpoint.
A cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability existed in the cullEmptyEvents action of MISP. The endpoint performed a state-changing and irreversible operation while accepting HTTP GET requests. Because bodyless GET requests are not subject to CakePHP's CSRF validation, an attacker could cause an authenticated MISP user with sufficient privileges to invoke the endpoint simply by causing their browser to load a crafted URL, for example through an embedded image or other automatically requested resource. Successful exploitation triggers the deletion of published empty events. The deletion is particularly significant because the operation uses skipBlocklist, meaning the removed events do not leave blocklist entries that could prevent or track their subsequent synchronization. This can result in unintended and potentially irreversible deletion of MISP event records without explicit user interaction. The vulnerability was addressed by restricting cullEmptyEvents to HTTP POST requests, ensuring that CakePHP's normal CSRF protections are applied to the operation.
The MemberPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in versions up to, and including, 1.14.1. This is due to a bypassable nonce verification check in the save_profile_fields() function that uses an isset() condition at line 1119, allowing the security check to be completely bypassed by simply omitting the nonce parameter from the request. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to change authenticated users' email addresses via a forged request granted they can trick an authenticated user into performing an action such as clicking on a link, leading to account takeover through password reset functionality.
