About the affected product
CVE-2026-109443 affects the affected product. Before acting, confirm where the affected product runs in your estate, who owns it and whether it is reachable from the internet, because exposure decides real risk more than the score alone.
What the flaw is
In plain terms: JoySafeter through 1.0.0 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows authenticated users to run operating system commands via an unsandboxed execute tool in Copilot standard mode. Attackers can self-register, select standard mode in the WebSocket chat.start extension, and have the agent invoke subprocess.run with shell=True on the host to access other tenants' data and server secrets.
Based on its CVSS vector, the flaw can be reached over the network, needs some level of access, and needs no user interaction. Apply the vendor fix and confirm exposure on internet facing and business critical assets first.

- Inventory every instance of the affected product and record the running version against the affected range above.
- Check external attack surface scans for internet facing instances of the component.
- Review logs on affected systems for unusual requests, errors or new processes around the vulnerable function.
- Confirm with an authenticated vulnerability scan once your scanner has a check for this CVE.
How to fix it
- Apply the fixed version of the affected product named in the vendor advisory.
- If patching must wait, restrict network access to the affected service and put it behind authentication or a web application firewall rule.
- Rescan after the change to prove the exposure is gone, then close the ticket.

Improper Isolation or Compartmentalization vulnerability in Apache Syncope. An administrator with adequate entitlements for Implementations can create a malicious Groovy class containing untrusted code reaching a non-sandboxed execution path via the class static initializer. This issue affects Apache Syncope: 3.0 through 3.0.16, 4.0 through 4.0.5, 4.1.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.0.6 / 4.1.1, which fix this issue by forcing even the static initializer in Groovy code to run in a sandbox.
