About Ordasoft Joomla Cck
CVE-2026-102427 affects Ordasoft Joomla Cck, a product from Ordasoft. Before acting, confirm where Ordasoft Joomla Cck runs in your estate, who owns it and whether it is reachable from the internet, because exposure decides real risk more than the score alone.
What the flaw is
In plain terms: Joomla Extension - ordasoft.com - Unauthenticated Remote Code Execution in OrdaSoft Joomla CCK < 8.3.16 - site/uploader.php is reached through the component’s normal frontend routing (task=getContent), a task with no authentication or ACL check anywhere in the dispatch chain. The handler validates the uploaded file’s content with a real magic-byte MIME check, but the extension allow-list that would otherwise restrict the saved file’s extension was present in the source and commented out. The saved file’s extension was taken directly from the attacker-supplied filename with no validation, and the file was written to a path directly under the Joomla web root that is executed by the PHP handler. An image/PHP polyglot, a file whose header bytes satisfy the MIME check with PHP source appended after, passed the content check while carrying a .php extension of the attacker’s choosing.
The weakness class is Unrestricted File Upload. Dangerous file types, such as scripts, can be uploaded and run.
Based on its CVSS vector, the flaw can be reached over the network, needs no login, and needs no user interaction. Apply the vendor fix and confirm exposure on internet facing and business critical assets first.

How to detect it
- Inventory every instance of Ordasoft Joomla Cck and record the running version against the affected range above.
- Check external attack surface scans for internet facing instances of the component.
- Review logs on affected systems for unusual requests, errors or new processes around the vulnerable function.
- Confirm with an authenticated vulnerability scan once your scanner has a check for this CVE.
How to fix it
- Apply the fixed version of Ordasoft Joomla Cck named in the vendor advisory.
- If patching must wait, restrict network access to the affected service and put it behind authentication or a web application firewall rule.
- Rescan after the change to prove the exposure is gone, then close the ticket.

Joomla Extension - ordasoft.com - Unauthenticated SQL injection in OrdaSoft Joomla CCK < 8.3.16 - The order column for records was user provided and not properly validated, leading to a SQL injection vector.
Joomla Extension - ordasoft.com - Unauthenticated SQL Injection in Book Library (Free) < 6.4.6 - site/booklibrary.php’s books() function reads the field and direction request parameters and passes each through a function called protectInjectionWithoutQuote(), whose only real protection is a keyword blacklist that, on detecting the literal substring select, wraps the value in $db->quote() instead of rejecting it. The value is then concatenated directly into an unquoted ORDER BY clause, a position where quoting provides no protection at all. Reaching the vulnerable code path requires two conditions: a first request to prime session-stored sort defaults, and a trailing decoy comment (-- xselect) that satisfies the blacklist’s substring check without altering the payload’s effect.

Erugo is a self-hosted file-sharing platform. In versions up to and including 0.2.14, an authenticated low-privileged user can upload arbitrary files to any specified location due to insufficient validation of user‑supplied paths when creating shares. By specifying a writable path within the public web root, an attacker can upload and execute arbitrary code on the server, resulting in remote code execution (RCE). This vulnerability allows a low-privileged user to fully compromise the affected Erugo instance. Version 0.2.15 fixes the issue.
