About Devcode Openstamanager
CVE-2025-69212 affects Devcode Openstamanager, a product from Devcode. Before acting, confirm where Devcode Openstamanager runs in your estate, who owns it and whether it is reachable from the internet, because exposure decides real risk more than the score alone.
What the flaw is
In plain terms: OpenSTAManager is an open source management software for technical assistance and invoicing. In 2.9.8 and earlier, a critical OS Command Injection vulnerability exists in the P7M (signed XML) file decoding functionality. An authenticated attacker can upload a ZIP file containing a .p7m file with a malicious filename to execute arbitrary system commands on the server.
The weakness class is OS Command Injection. Untrusted input is passed to the operating system shell, letting an attacker run commands.
Based on its CVSS vector, the flaw can be reached over the network, needs some level of access, and needs no user interaction. Apply the vendor fix and confirm exposure on internet facing and business critical assets first.

How to detect it
- Inventory every instance of Devcode Openstamanager and record the running version against the affected range above.
- Check external attack surface scans for internet facing instances of the component.
- Review logs on affected systems for unusual requests, errors or new processes around the vulnerable function.
- Confirm with an authenticated vulnerability scan once your scanner has a check for this CVE.
How to fix it
- Apply the fixed version of Devcode Openstamanager named in the vendor advisory.
- If patching must wait, restrict network access to the affected service and put it behind authentication or a web application firewall rule.
- Rescan after the change to prove the exposure is gone, then close the ticket.
CTEM action plan
| CTEM stage | What to do for this CVE |
|---|---|
| Scope | Add every business service that depends on Devcode Openstamanager to the current CTEM cycle. |
| Discover | Find all instances, including shadow and cloud deployments, and record versions and exposure. |
| Prioritize | Rank using EPSS and CVSS together with asset exposure and business impact. |
| Validate | Confirm the flaw is reachable and exploitable in your environment and that compensating controls work. |
| Mobilize | Assign the fix to the asset owner with a due date matched to the priority, then verify closure. |

OpenSTAManager is an open source management software for technical assistance and invoicing. Prior to version 2.10.2, the oauth2.php file in OpenSTAManager is an unauthenticated endpoint ($skip_permissions = true). It loads a record from the zz_oauth2 table using the attacker-controlled GET parameter state, and during the OAuth2 configuration flow calls unserialize() on the access_token field without any class restriction. This issue has been patched in version 2.10.2.
OpenSTAManager is an open source management software for technical assistance and invoicing. In 2.9.8 and earlier, an SQL Injection vulnerability exists in the ajax_select.php endpoint when handling the componenti operation. An authenticated attacker can inject malicious SQL code through the options[matricola] parameter.
OpenSTAManager is an open source management software for technical assistance and invoicing. In version 2.9.8 and prior, there is a SQL Injection vulnerability in the Stampe Module. At time of publication, no known patch exists.
OpenSTAManager is an open source management software for technical assistance and invoicing. In version 2.9.8 and prior, a SQL Injection vulnerability exists in the ajax_complete.php endpoint when handling the get_sedi operation. An authenticated attacker can inject malicious SQL code through the idanagrafica parameter, leading to unauthorized database access. At time of publication, no known patch exists.
WeGIA is a web manager for charitable institutions. Prior to version 3.6.5, a critical Remote Code Execution (RCE) vulnerability exists in the WeGIA application's database restoration functionality. An attacker with administrative access (which can be obtained via the previously reported Authentication Bypass) can execute arbitrary OS commands on the server by uploading a backup file with a specifically crafted filename. Version 3.6.5 fixes the issue.
PDF Export Module used in DHTMLX's products Gantt and Scheduler is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution due to lack of "data" parameter sanitization. An unauthenticated attacker can inject the malicious JavaScript code to the parameter whose value is processed by Node.js and subsequently executed. This can lead to server compromise. This issue was fixed in PDF Export Module version 0.7.6.
